George Por
Introduction:     George Pór is PrimaVera Research Fellow at the Universiteit van Amsterdam Business School, Founder of CommunityIntelligence Ltd., and Publisher of the Blog of Collective Intelligence. He is a facilitator of the transition of organizations and communities to higher patterns of collective intelligence and performance, and is an advisor to the European Commission and the European Investment Bank. His past academic posts include: Senior Research Fellow at INSEAD, Visiting Researcher at London School of Economics, Online Community Architect at U. of Ottawa, Lecturer at California Institute of Integral Studies and Université de Paris, Research Assistant at U. of Lund and UC Berkeley. George introduced a concept of "collective intelligence" as an evolutionary capability that emerges from a network of conversations pictured as the nervous system of social organisms.
