The Power of Collective Wisdom and the trap of collective folly.  This powerful and enlightening book by Alan Briskin, Sheryl Erickson, John Ott, and Tom Callanan "articulate[s] some of the key ideas" coming out of the Fetzer Institute sponsored Collective Wisdom Initiative.
